Kushal Pal Singh (born 15 November 1931) is an Indian billionaire real estate developer, and the chairman and CEO of real estate developer DLF Limited, founded by his father-in-law Chaudhary Raghvender Singh. KP Singh's personal wealth is estimated at $6.1 billion as per the 50 richest in Asia in Forbes 2017.
Under his tenure, as the Chairman of DLF, the company went for an initial public offering (IPO) in 2007 and made about US$2.24 billion, one of the largest IPOs in India. Market capitalization of the company increased to $24.5 billion, making Singh and his family one of the richest clans in the world.

Singh), Born on August 15th, 1931 at Khandehra Village Bulandshahr in Western Uttar Pradesh, is the second among the top ten richest Indians according to the latest London ‘Sunday Times’ rich list. He has an estimated wealth of about Rs 100,000/- crores. 
He is the Chairman of Delhi Land and Finance Ltd (DLF) Co. The other well known family members are Dr Navin Kumar Teotia, Advocate Mukhtyar Singh Teotia, Rajpal Singh Teotia, Arun Kumar Teotia etc. KP Singh belongs to a Jat Family of Uttar Pradesh. He was decorated with country's highest prestigious civilian award Padma Bhushan on 26 January 2010.

DLF Limited (Delhi Land & Finance) is Gurgaon based commercial real estate developer. It was founded by Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh in 1946 and is based in New Delhi, India. DLF developed residential colonies in Delhi such as Shivaji Park (their first development), Model Town, Rajouri Garden, Krishna Nagar, South Extension, Greater Kailash, Kailash Colony, and Hauz Khas. DLF builds residential, office, and retail properties.
